CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized items are all those for which you can request changes in their characteristics, whether through text, materials, color or layout. These products already employ a very personal service, which makes them unfeasible for resale.

Brasil Pé, with the highest objective of customer satisfaction, and based on the principle of transparency and supported by the Consumer Protection Code, adopted the following Exchange and Return Policy for personalized products.

No exchange or return of personalized products will be made in the following cases:

  1. Products ordered and produced according to the customer's request. For this purpose, virtual proof will always be available which, after being checked and approved by the customer, will form an integral part of the order.
  1. Exchange for incorrect size is NOT allowed, since, when choosing the size, the site provides all numbers and therefore we will not exchange it if it does not fit the selected size.
  1. Delivery: In orders with delivery made by third parties (CORREIOS TRANSPORTADORA AND OTHERS), the delivery period informed to the customer is that stipulated by the contracted company and may vary according to the destination region. Brasil Pé is not responsible for any delays in the delivery period caused by fortuitous events such as strikes, bad weather, making it impossible to cancel the purchase.
  1. Once the art is approved, the order can only be canceled upon payment of the amount of 20% of the total amount of the order, considering the costs already contracted for the artist's service to make your order. This amount may be deducted from the signal paid at the time of closing the service.
  1. Production reservation, cancellation after 7 days of the order will only be possible upon payment of the amount of 20% of the total order value, considering that a production date has been reserved and it will no longer be possible to replace it with the order of another customer, thus generating loss for contractor.

Exchanges of personalized products will be accepted in the following cases:

  1. In the products themselves, which have defects or malfunctions, such as: cracks, broken fasteners, etc….

Upon receipt, if the package is opened or damaged, we ask you to refuse receipt and immediately contact the Relationship Center or through our whatsapp and register this occurrence.

  1. Failures in personalization, colors, formats, printing technique different from that presented and approved by the client in virtual proof.

Note: The tones and images may vary due to the adjustment of color, contrast, brightness present on the monitor that the customer used to browse at the time of purchase, not being characterized as a defect. In addition, the products may differ slightly from those illustrated on the website.

Once the problem is found, Brasil Pé will be responsible for replacing the product under the same conditions requested in the original order.

If the product to be replaced is out of stock on the market, Brasil Pé may replace it with a similar one, with the customer's approval. If there is a difference in price, there will always be compensation for both parties.

If it is impossible or refuses to replace it with a similar product, Brasil Pé will refund the amounts paid to the buyer, using the same means of payment used for the purchase.

Exchange denial. Return requests will be rejected in advance in the following cases:

  1. Verification of the absence of a defect pointed out by the customer;
  2. Evidence of inappropriate use of the product;
  3. Indications of accidental damage;
  4. Wear and tear as a result of use;
  5. Absence of order in our establishment

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Immediate communication via whatsapp of what happened with an uncut video, showing all the pairs and the appropriate numbers. In cases of up to 2 pairs, you can send a photo showing the numbering and the defect of both at the same time for analysis to verify what happened

– The exchange will only be accepted after confirming receipt of the request;

– If there is no prior communication, returned products will not be accepted at our center;

Once the exchange is defined, Brasil Pé has a period of up to 30 days to remedy the defect, as provided for in the Consumer Defense Code CDC Law 8078/90 art. 26 inc.I, except for products specified as “without warranty” and provided that the product is presented in the same conditions in which it was received/purchased (in its original and unused packaging, accompanied by all accessories and manuals)

By its very nature, custom products no they can be resold or reused and, for that reason, do not they can be exchanged or returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or error on our part in customization or are damaged or broken, in which case exchange / repair of damaged products applies.


PRODUCTS WITHOUT CUSTOMIZATION OR AMENDMENT:

Product without customization is every product that Brasil Pé sells without any alteration. This type of product can be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt by our whatsapp.

CONDITIONS:

Have no signs of use, stains, dirt, sweat or deterioration of the piece;
Preserve the internal packaging and original labels applied to the piece;

PARTIAL OR FULL REVERSAL

After receiving the product at our Distribution Center and approving the return by analyzing the items, Brasil Pé will refund the amount within 30 (thirty) days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
